1. The accused Juma Katana Mweri is charged with the offence of Murder contrary tosection 203 as read with Section 204 of the penal code.

2. The particulars are that the accused on the 11th day of January, 2015 at Mlango ‘‘B’’Village, in Ganze District within Kilifi County murdered Kazungu Charo Karisa Mwambire.

3. Having heard the evidence of the six (6) prosecution witnesses and read submissions of accused person dated April 1, 2022I find that prima facie has been established against the accused and he is hereby placed on his defence.
