1. Following a letter dated 18th February, 2025 addressed to me by Hon. Boaz Ombewa, Senior Principal Magistrate, Kahawa Law Courts, this court invokes the provisions of Section 362 of the Criminal Procedure Code and directs that: -a.The 6th Accused person’s name be included among the accused persons to be placed on defence at paragraph 12 (a) of this court’s ruling delivered on 5th February, 2025. b.The names of 9th and 12th accused persons be expunged from those placed on defence in Count III of paragraph 12 (b) of the ruling delivered by this court on 5th February, 2025. c.The 10th accused person’s name to be included among the ones placed on defence in Count III at paragraph 12 (b) of this court’s ruling delivered on 5th February, 2025. It is so ordered.
