1. As the offence in Bondo PM Cr. E523/2022 was allegedly committed within the jurisdiction of Madiany Law Courts which is now gazette and operationalized courts, I hereby transfer Bondo PM Cr. E523/2022 to Madiany Law Courts for hearing and final determination.

2. The original court file for Bondo and copies of this Ruling and order shall be transmitted to Madiany Law Courts for copies to be send to Bondo Law Courts for records.

3. Mention at Madiany Law Courts shall be on 8/11/2022. Bondo Law Courts to notify the Accused to attend court then. I so order.
