1. This court has considered the accused persons written mitigation, the Pre-Sentence Report as well as the Victim Impact Statement and the plea bargain agreement as well as circumstances under which the accused inflicted fatal injuries on the deceased and find that a sentence of 10 years from 30th September 2021 will be commensurate punishment for the offence committed.
