1. David Anjere Amunya Omoholo the accused herein stands charged with the offence of Murder contrary to Section 203 as read with section 204 of the penal code.

2. The accused denied the charge and the case proceeded to full hearing with the prosecution calling 15 witnesses who have testified. I have considered their evidence alongside the submissions by both the prosecution and the defence counsel. I am satisfied that the prosecution has made out a prima facie case against the accused who I hereby place on his defence.
