1. I have considered the application for bail by Ms. Omollo. The State is not opposed to bond.

2. I have also considered the Pre-bail Report dated 20/6/2025. It is favourable. In view thereof, I grant bond to accused of Kshs.200,000/- with a surety of a similar amount.

3. Hearing on 1/10/2025. The State do supply defence all statements and evidence to be relied on within 30 days.It is so ordered.
