1. I have considered the mitigation. I have considered the circumstances of the offence. I have considered that the offence was committed on a Minor, the Accused’s own child.

2. I have considered the Presentence Report dated 19/6/2025.

3. In view of the foregoing, I sentence the accused to 7 years’ imprisonment in accordance with section 333(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code. The sentence to run from 12/3/2025.
