1. I have perused the pre bail reports filed herein on 5/7/2024 in respect of all the accused persons and I do note that the same recommend their admission to bail.

2. In light of the above the accused persons are pursuant to the provisions of Article 49 () of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 admitted to bail of Kshs.200,000 each and two sureties of similar amount.
