1. I have gone through the evidence presented to court. The deceased died following a head injury. The Pathologist attributed the injury to an assault. There is indirect evidence that the Accused assaulted the deceased who was his wife. I find that the prosecution have established a prima facie case.

2. The Accused is hereby placed on his defence.
