1. On account of conduct of the Accused of a plea agreement and thus saving court time together with offer to be a prosecution witness and to stay away from the locality where the offence took place, the court treats him with leniency and sentences him to serve an imprisonment term of three (3) years computed from the May 19, 2023. Upon discharge, he shall submit himself to the supervision of the County Director of Probation for a period of twelve (12) months as a probation term.
