1. Having considered the evidence tendered by eleven (11) prosecution witnesses herein, I am of the view that the prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused person.

2. I thus find that the accused person has a case to answer and proceed to put him on his defence.

3. I proceed to explain to him the three options available under section 211 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 75).
