RULING

All the accused applied for bond which is a constitutional right. I have considered their applications which were not opposed.

I have also considered the pre-bail reports filed on 28/2/17 in respect of each accused. From those reports, I consider that there are compelling reason that warrant the denial of the accused of the bond.

Accordingly, the applications are denied. The accused shall conduct their trial from custody. This being a fresh matter it can be heard by any court. Hearing on 19th and 20th June, 2017.
