RULING

The accused have applied for bond which application I have carefully considered. I have also considered the pre-bail reports for both accused persons and I find no compelling reason why they should not be admitted to bond.  The reports are positive of the accused.

Accordingly, each accused may be released on a bond of KShs.200,000/= with a surety of a similar amount.

Mention on 17/7/2018 to give a date for trial.
