I have perused the CSO report and the proceedings.   The Community Service Order   is  not favourable -  he is described as  shy and  unlikely to comply with community service orders.  This is   confirmed even by the record in the trial court.  I  find that  the inmate is not suitable for  Community Service Order and I order that he shall continue to serve the  custodial sentence.
