RULING

This is an application for bond in respect of the 2nd accused who was arrested on 8/12/2014 for the  offence of murder contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the Penal Code.  It is supported by the affidavit of Salma Abdulkadir Roka.

I have perused  a second affidavit  of Salma Abdulkadir Koka in which she depones that threats had been made against her family by known persons whom she has reported to police but no action has been taken.

The investigating  officer in this case to investigate the said threats and a report to be furnished to this court within two weeks from now.  A pre -bond report to be availed to the court.

Mention on 27. 4.2015.
