1. Although the Probation Officer was directed to file a Pre-bail report, none has been filed. The prosecution was not opposed to the accused being released on bond.

2. Accordingly, there being no compelling reasons, I admit the accused to bond. He may be released on a personal bond of kshs. 300,000/= with a surety amount. Mention 18/11/2019.
