R U L I N G

1. After careful consideration of the evidence, I am satisfied that the prosecution has establish a Prima Facie case against the first accused. She is accordingly put on her defence. Section 211 of the C.P.C complied with.

2. As regards the 2nd accused, I find that the prosecution has not established any Prima facie case. The reasons to be in the final judgment. He is accordingly acquitted under Section 210 of the CPC.
