Application for bail pending hearing and determination of the Criminal Case herein dated 4th February 2013 has not been opposed by the state.  By the Replying affidavit of Senior Sergeant Moses Mwalati, the Investigating Officer, there are no compelling reasons to deny the applicant bail.

Accused may be released on bail upon terms that:-

He executes a bond of kshs. 500,000/=

He provides one surety for the same amount.

Accused not to leave the jurisdiction of the court without permission of the court.

Accused to attend to the Deputy Registrar of the court ever 30 days.
