RULING ON BOND
1. Although the Court ordered on 01/02/18 that the Probation Officer file a Prebail Report for accused nothing has been filed.
2. The rights of the accused are not subject to the delays by a Probation Officer who is not focused in expeditious dispensation of justice.
3. Accordingly, there is nothing on record to show that there are compelling reasons not to release the accused on bond.
4. The Accused may be released on a Personal Bond of Kshs. 200,000/= with a surety of similar amount.
Mention 03/10/18 to give a date for hearing.
