(1) The Prison Officer-in-Charge of Shimo-La-Tewa Prison is ordered to arrange to keep the Accused separate from Accused in CR. C. No.1341/03 R. vs. Jeremiah Sasi & Nine Others but not in isolation from all other inmates of the prison.

(2) The Prison Officer-in-Charge Shimo-La-Tewa Prison shall arrange to escort the Accused to Coast General Hospital for treatment as required. Also the Officer-in-Charge may allow Accused’s Private Doctor – Dr. Okanga – to visit and treat the Accused within Prison compound.
