1. I have read through the trial file. I also had the benefit of hearing and seeing all the twelve witnesses testify.

2. I am satisfied, from the material placed on record, that the Republic has established a prima facie case against the accused person. That says that he has a case to answer, to warrant his being put on his defence.

3. The defence hearing shall accordingly happen on 25th June 2025.
