1. The Accused James Mbugua Wambui is charged with Offence of Murder Contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code Cap Laws of Kenya.

2. Particulars being on the night of 19th November 2021 at Olive shade Lodge within Nyahururu Sub-County within Laikipia County, murdered Susan Wanjiru Wanjiku.

3. To prove its case, the Prosecution called eight (8) witnesses including a doctor.

4. After going through the evidence on record, I find the accused has a case to answer.

5. Thus, he is put on his defence.
