1. I have considered the application for bond. I have further considered the Pre-bail Report dated 12/08/2020. There are no compelling reasons why the accused should not be granted bond.

2. Accordingly, I allow the application and admit the accused to bond. He may be released on a bond of Kshs. 200,000/= together with a surety of a similar amount.
