1. I have considered the application and gone through the record in this matter.

2. It is clear that this matter was handled by Lady Justice H. Ongundi on 2nd January, 2021. The final orders are that the accused serves 30 years effective from 25th May, 2011.

3. This court is therefore functus officio and has no jurisdiction to review orders of a court with same jurisdiction.

3. Accordingly, the application for review/resentence is dismissed.
