COURT RULING

The Notice of Motion dated 23. 5.08 is basically seeking for extension of time by 60 days to comply with the order of 24. 4.08.  I have the discretion to do that under Order XLIX rule of the Civil Procedure Rules.  I am convinced there was a delay on the applicant’s part because of the fact that the plaintiffs are in London.  I however grant them an extension of 30 days to comply with the court order of 24. 4.08.  Mention on 27. 6.08.
