REVISION
The applicant pleaded guilty to four (4) Counts.
The first one of causing obstruction he was Sentenced to a fine of Ksh. 5,000/= in default one (1) month imprisonment.
The second Count of failing to wear prescribed clothing fined Ksh. 10,000/= in default two (2) months imprisonment.
The third Count of driving a motor vehicle without a badge he was fined Ksh. 10,000/= in default two (2) months imprisonment.
The fourth Count is that of failing to display a photograph to which he was fined Ksh. 500/= in default one (1) week imprisonment.
Maximum fine for causing obstruction is Ksh. 10,000/= offences under Section 65(A) of the traffic rules carry a fine of not less than ten thousand and not exceeding Ksh. 15,000/=.
I find the Sentences proper and legal. There is no reason to interfere with the Sentences. No orders for revision shall be granted.
