1 I have perused the application for sentence revision and observe that on 23. 10. 2018 this Court vide HCR Rev. 146/2018 involving the same Convict,SAMSON ODHIAMBO ODORO, revised his sentence to serve Community Service Order at Ombeyi Secondary School.

2 Accordingly, this file is hereby closed and the application for revision of sentence as duplicated is hereby struck out.
