JUDGMENT

The appeal is only against sentence of 8 years imprisonment dished out on 14/10/99. which the appellant is serving since then.

The conviction was for possessing 2 rolls of bhangi, I reduce the sentence to a period served and ordered that the appellant, be released forthwith.
