REPUBLIC OF KENYA

IN THE ENVIRONMENT & LAND COURT AT KERICHO

CIVIL SUIT NO. 16 ‘B’ OF 2013

SELINA CHEPKIRUI TORONGEI……………………………PLAINTIFF

VERSUS

EMILY CHEPKOECH TONRONEI………………………1STDEFENDANT

MARY CHEPKIRUI TORONGEI………………………2ND DEFENDANT

RULING

The matter is for the application dated 13th May, 2015.  It is an application by M/s Weldon Ngetich & Company Advocates to cease acting for the defendants.

I gave this date on 23rd June, 2015 in the presence of both Mr. Ngetich, the applicant, and Mr. Motanya for the Plaintiff.  Today they are absent and so too their clients.

There being nobody to move the application dated 13th May, 2015, I have no option but to dismiss it.  I make no orders as to costs.

The result is that the law firm of M/s Weldon Ngetich & Company Advocates is still on record for the defendants.

It is so ordered.

Dated, Signed and delivered on this 20th day of July,  2015 in the absence of M/s Weldon Ngetich & Company Advocates  for defendants/Applicant and M/s Motanya & Company Advocates for Plaintiff. Court Clerk; Kenei
