Ruling

1. The applicant herein was sentenced to serve two years for the offence of stealing contrary to section 268 as read with section 275 of the penal code.

2. I have seen the lower court proceedings and the probation officer report. It is favorable.

3. The community is ready to embrace them back.

4. I do revise the sentence and order that the applicants to serve community service at Chekata Primary School for the remainder of the sentence.

5. The applicant be released to the probation department for further directions.
