RULING

The applicant seeks orders to complete execution of his decree.  The documents necessary ought to be signed and executed by Respondent.  He has refused saying he is pursuing an appeal against the Judgment.  No application for stay has been made. The provisions of order 41 rule 4 not complied with.  In the circumstances, the opposition has no merit.  I allow the application and grant orders sought.
