1. I have considered the matter herein for purposes of prison decongestion.

2. The sentence imposed on the convict was 10 years imprisonment from 29/1/2019.

3. The matter does not fall within the categories of cases earmarked for prison decongestion.

4. The convict faced defilement charge and he has only served close to 4 years leaving 6 years to serve.

5. The file herein is closed.
