I am not able to grant letters of administration in this matter as I note that no written consent to the grant, as requested, has been filed by Anna Peter who has been listed as a daughter of the deceased. Additionally, I see no revenue stamp affixed on the guarantee by personal sureties. In the result I stand over this matter generally for compliance with the above. Hearing date is to be taken in the registry.
