1. It is clear from the presentations made by the parties that the plaintiffs and the 2nd and 3rd defendants are not ready for the hearing of this suit. The court will nonetheless grant the 2nd and 3rd defendants the opportunity to orally canvass the application dated May 6, 2025 on 8th July, 2025. Hearing of the main suit will be on July 29, 2025. The 2nd and 3rd defendants will pay costs of counsel for 1st, 6th, 7th and 8th defendants assessed at Kshs. 5,000 for each counsel within 30 days. They will also pay Court Adjournment Fees.
