1. I have perused the application by the accused person Jared Aloo Aluga dated 25th September 2024 and filed under certificate of urgency, supported by the affidavit sworn by Rhoda Akinyi Aluga on the same date.

2. I am satisfied that there is urgency disclosed in view of the medical report dated 20th September 2024 by Dr. Okewa of Siaya County Referral Hospital.

3. I certify the application as urgent and direct the applicant to serve the ODPP, Siaya with the application for interpartes oral hearing of the bail pending trial on 2nd October 2024.

4. These directions to be typed and served upon the Applicant’s counsel forthwith for compliance.

5. Production order to issue for the accused person Jared Aluga Aloo from Siaya G. K. Prison to appear physically in Siaya High Court on that day.
