ORDER

Charity Chebet is a convicted felon on her own plea of guilty.   She was sentenced to three years probation to serve at the safest location for herself and her children.    As a convicted person she is the responsibility of the Prison Service until delivered to the Probation Service at the safest place for her to serve her sentence under Probation.  The safest place according to information gleaned from her is Kapenguria.   The convict will therefore be escorted to Kapenguria Probation Offices to serve her sentence under probation in that District.
