1. I have considered the evidence on record as produced by the Prosecution and the submissions made by the defence. Guided by the standard set out in the case of Bhatt vs Republic, I am convinced that the Prosecution has established a prima facie case against the accused that warrants the accused being placed to his own defence. I accordingly therefore find the accused with a case to answer and place him to his own defence.
