ISSUES IN DISPUTE: UNFAIR AND UNLAWFUL TERMINATION
AWARD
1. The Claimant filed her Statement of Claim on 2nd October 2014. The Respondent filed its Statement of Response on 4th November 2014.
2. On 12th May 2015 the Advocates for the respective Parties informed the Court they have reached settlement on the following terms:-
(a) Judgment for the Claimant in the sum of Kshs 90,000 all inclusive
(b) Payment within 30 days.
(c) In default execution to issue.
3. The Court is satisfied the above proposed terms of settlement are fair, adequate, regular and made in accordance with the Law.
IT IS ORDERED:-
(a) Award is granted in term of Parties' consent above.
