1. This matter is similar on all forms with Meru BPRT No. 003 of 2022 between Doris Nkirote – vs- Peter Kiunga (Landlord) and the reliefs sought I both matters are a replica of each other.

2. The amount owing by the tenant herein is Kshs.120,000/- which was not disclosed by her when she obtained the ex-parte orders given on 21st January 2022.

3. As such the ruling delivered in the said case shall apply ‘mutatis mutandis’ to this case and a copy of the said ruling shall be placed in this file.

4. The final orders in the said case shall apply to this case and the order shall be extracted in terms of the pleadings herein.

It is so ordered.
