RULING

1, The Claim was filed on 6th May, 2013.  The Claimant states at paragraph 5 of his Statement of Claim, that his contract of employment was terminated on 9th February, 2009.

2. He filed the Claim over 4 year from the date of termination.

3. The Court agrees with the Respondent that the Claim is time-barred under S.90 of the Employment Act.

4. IT IS ORDERED:-

(a)     The claim is hereby struck off.

(b)     Costs to the Respondent.
