CONSENT JUDGMENT OF THE COURT AS PER THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT REACHED AT THE COURT CONNECTED ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CCADR) The Plaintiff filed a reference to a rent magistrate (Form 9) on 2nd June 2022 with the following recommendations; 1. Eject respondent from the premises forthwith for complainant’s use 2. Make such orders as to costs in connection with the proceedings The Court on 26th October 2022, referred the parties to the CCADR presided over by the Mediator, Douglas Worae for a possible settlement of the dispute. On 7th December, 2022, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 24th November 2022, was referred to the court for adoption. Accordingly, the Terms of Agreement of the parties dated 24th November, 2022 is hereby adopted as the consent judgment of this court subject to the usual default clause.
