RULING

Advocate Mwirigi Kaburu for plaintiff/applicant and Advocate Gichunge Muthuri for defendants/respondents brought to Court for adoption a consent dated 28. 6.2013 and signed by both of their clients for their clients.  The consent was in the following terms:

“By consent, the District Physical Planning Officer, Meru Country do visit  Plots  Nos.290 and 166 Nkubu Market and ascertain their respective beacons and file a report with the honourable Court within 30 days.  Parties to    share costs for the said visit.”

The consent is adopted as an order of the Court.
