Ruling

1. The Convict Jagdish Singh Surdhar was sentenced to serve ten (10) years imprisonment on each of the 2 counts of arson vide Kisumu CM Criminal Case No. 848 of 2018 on 1st October 2019.

2. The sentences were to run concurrently.

3. He now applies for consideration of the consideration of the period spent in custody vide his application dated 2nd July 2024.

4. I have dealt with a similar application by this Applicant who has now avoided annexing copies of proceedings in the criminal trial and in the previous sentence review application.

5. I find the application dated 2nd July 2024 unsupported. It is hereby dismissed and this file is closed.
