Ruling

1. This is a ruling in respect of Notice of Motion dated 31/3/2023. The applicants are seeking to substitute John Joel Maina Thuo (deceased) as his legal representatives.

2. The Deceased died on 16/7/2022. His legal representatives obtained limited grant of letters of administration ad litem on 1/12/2022. The cause of action survived the Deceased. This application was filed within one year of the demise of the Plaintiff. The two Applicants are therefore allowed to substitute the Deceased. Costs of this application shall be in the cause.It is so ordered.
