R U L I N G
The certificate of confirmation of grant issued on 3rd February, 2011 is hereby amended so that the following properties shall be re-distributed:
(I) Githunguri/Ikinu/146 shall be divided into seven (7) equal portions and inherited by the seven chidlren of the deceased save for John Muritu Muhinja and Teresia Wangare Gatumbi.
(II) The house where the widow of the deceased resides together with the portion of land sorrounding it shall be inherited by Pauline Wairimu Muhinja.
(III) LR. No. Githunguri/Riuki/T.116 shall be inherited in equal shares by the seven beneficiaries of the deceased save for John Muritu Muhinja and Teresia Wangare Gatumbi.
(IV) In the event of any dispute concerning the other properties of the deceased, the affected beneficiary shall be at liberty to apply.
