Having perused the material placed before this Court in the Originating Summons dated January 5, 2001, and the annextures, I am satisfied, and I so find, that the Defendant is bound to pay the Plaintiff the outstanding decretal sum of Kshs. 76,078/= as of January 5, 2001, together with further interest accruing thereon until full payment. I hereby order that the Defendant advocate do honour his undertaking to pay the aforesaid sum within the next 21 days, failing which enforcement may issue, without any further orders of this Court.
