1. The Application is compromised through issuance of Status Quo Orders. For avoidance of doubt, this means that the suit property shall at all times not be alienated in any way, that is that it should not be dealt with in any way either by being sold, transferred, demolished or any other way that would compromise the Status Quo issued herein until the petition is heard and determined.

2. Further the parties are referred to the Deputy Registrar for Pretrial Conference since the petition shall be canvassed viva voce on 27/8/2024.
