RULING

1. The convict VINCENT KIBERENGE MAJUFU was convicted on his own plea of guilty for the offence of failing to register as a Kenyan citizen contrary to section 14(a) of the Registration of Persons Act. The Plea was unequivocal. He was fined Kshs 2000 in default to serve 30 days imprisonment. The sentence imposed was lawful and lenient.

2. The request for sentence revision is it is declined and dismissed.

3. File closed.

4. Orders accordingly.
