Ruling

1. The applicant filed the application dated 26th May 2025 seeking a revision of the orders of the trial court on objection to the production of documents. Directions were issued by this court, and the matter was set down for hearing.

2. On 30th June 2025, when the matter come for hearing of the application, the Mr. Michuki, Counsel for the applicant made an application to withdraw the application the matter having been overtaken by events. The prayer for withdrawal of the application was not opposed.

3. For the foregoing reasons, this application is marked as withdrawn.Orders accordingly.
