Ruling

1. The Petitioner filed the petition dated 8 May 2025. The main issue raised is the constitutionality of the sentence imposed by the trial court.

2. Upon considering the petition, the supporting affidavit, and the relevant law, it is apparent that the Petitioner was charged and convicted before the High Court at Milimani in Criminal Case No. 61 of 2021 for the offence of murder.

3. The court vested with jurisdiction over this subject matter is Milimani High Court. Consequently, I decline to grant the orders sought for lack of territorial jurisdiction.

4. The petition is consequently struck out.

Orders accordingly.
